Steven B. Gore- Owner
Steve was employed by the national CPA firm of Haskins & Sells from 1974-1977 and subsequently joined the accounting firm of Fox & Company from 1977 to 1983. Steve practiced as a sole practitioner from 1983 to 1998.
Since 1998, Steve has been the managing partner in Gore & Associates. Steve also specializes in accounting and tax matters for the small business.
Gore & Associates has been involved with peer review since 1990 and has successfully completed peer reviews in 1993, 1996, 1999, 2002, 2005, 2011 and 2020.
Steve subscribes to the philosophy of "total quality service" to his clients.
Lucy Gore- Administrative Assistant
Lucy joined the team in 2012 after selling her automotive business that she owned for 22 years.
Lucy focuses on personal bookkeeping for some of our home bound clients, accounts receivables, and solicitation of new business.
Since Lucy has joined Gore & Associates, the company has grown over 25%.
Noreen Johnson- Office Manager
Noreen has worked with Gore & Associates for over 25 years. She brings knowledge, resiliency and work ethic that is hard to find today.
Noreen focuses on year-end closings, compliance matters (payroll tax and sales tax returns) and bank reconciliations.
Noreen is a constant and reliable force in maintaining the workflow and high standards for Gore & Associates.
